What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When we work with new customers we give them all call to confirm the details of the move. We then give them a quote for the move. Before the move we like to confirm that the move will still take place. On the day of the move we follow up and keep them informed on when we will be arriving.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our company has experience in doing local, long distance and heavy item moves. We do heavy items moves such upright/ spinet pianos, safes, vending machine, ect.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Customers should make sure that the moving company is reputable. They should also make sure that the moving company provides them with a great service and insurance incase something were to go wrong.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should know exactly how much they are moving. They should know all the furniture and amount of boxes that they will need moving. This will make it easy for them to get a quote.
