Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Typical pricing is by the truckload or trailerload. Our prices our inclusive of everything. There are never hidden fees or extras.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Contact is made, exchange of information on the job they are looking to get done via phone or text. Typically we ask for photos of what needs moved or removed, then send a no-obligation estimate. We then come out and let the customer sit back, and relax as we do all the work!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I've been in the business since 2017, so I understand the process and how to go about things.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started doing this in highschool to save for college, but have ended up purchasing larger equipment over time and decided to take a more full-time approach at this line of work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All sorts! We have helped commercial clients and residential clients alike! We have also helped move and relocate.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We helped a pair of elderly folks when their movers bailed out on them last minute. They needed to be out by the very next day, and we had them moved the same day over 3 hours away, at half the price of the competitor! It felt great helping out the most vulnerable in times of need.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Don't be afraid to shop around. Ask for quotes and make sure their price is inclusive of all fees! A lot of companies will lure you in with a low price, but may change or add on because the said price does not include transport and dump fees. Make sure the price you get, is the price you pay!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
How much stuff do I have? Can I make it easily accessible for the movers (oftentimes results in discounts)? Do I need demo help? What is my budget?
