No hidden fees, truck fee, fuel fee or other just $119 per hour for 2 movers including 1 truck. We charge 3 hours minimum rate. Packing service, assembling and disassembling are included. We are proffessional movers and have blankets, plastic wrap, paper for dishes and boxes if you need it. Depends of how much stuff you have, might be needed to add another 1 or 2 movers. Each mover +$40 per hour. We do big moves such fabricks, warehouses or big offices, so do not hesitate to contact with us about big projects too. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is quite simple. $119 per hour for 2 movers team and 1 truck. Any additional mover + $40 per hour, that means 3 movers team and 1 truck will cost you $159 per hour, 4 movers - $199 per hour. We charge 3 hours minimum, so any move starts from $357 in total. We do not charge any other fees, like truck fee, fuel fee, stairs fee, heavy items fee, but we charge double drive time if distance between locations more than 15 miles.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If customer agree with our pricing, we just asking: - move out address; - move in address; - date and time of move; - phone number. Then we send to the customer text message, that move is confirmed.

After I moved myself I decided to open such company, but without any hidden fees.

40% - 1 bedroom apartments, 20% - 2 bedroom apartments, 20% - 3 bedroom apartments, 10% - 3+ bedroom apartments, offices, fabrics etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Just came from Lake Tahoe, 4 hours drive, we delivered to customer her stuff, it was wonderful.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Bay Area is one of the hardest in US. A lot of stairs, steps, hills and thin entrances, so you should pack everything into boxes, in this case move will be cheaper for you. Kitchen must be packed into small or middle boxes, large boxes only for miscellaneous and light stuff.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Just find good parking space for tuck, everything else we can handle by ourselves.
