What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The typical process, the client tells me what the job is about, how much he needs to move, 2 rooms or more, based on the specifications that the client gives me and if it is necessary to send a photo to better preside over the work, I will We get the estimated hours at which the service can last, we always get what the work will probably last but we are never going to give you the exact time, already having this we tell you how much we charge per hour and if you like it or change it then we do the job

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I previously worked for a moving company and lasted 5 years. I had experience of what the work is like for some clients who trusted me and I wanted to become independent and work on what I like on my own.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently had a move in 2 rooms, it was an apartment on floor number 2, the person had quite a lot of belongings, we dismantled the beds and protected everything that the client wanted, and we did that job in 5 hours, dismantling, covering everything indicated , move to the truck then to the house, and assemble and place everything back where the client wanted

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice would be, do not base yourself on the price of the service, sometimes cheap is expensive, because no one wants their valuable belongings or sentimental affection to be damaged by bad service, so base yourself on reviews or work done previously.
