We do not charge additional for stairs or wrapping and padding furniture or to disassemble or reassemble furniture we also do not charge for long walks we also offer packing services & cleaning services with our partner company reasonable cleaning services and if you use them for either service you will receive an hour off your move

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We asked them what day they are looking to have this move done possibly and where they are moving from and to any stairs involved and any specific items they would need us to wrap and pad and take extra care of and what can we do to make this experience smoothly as possible

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All movers have a minimum of 7 years experience before they are hired full time we have all employees we do not hire day labors

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Always have been involved in the moving business storage services relocating services and local moving as well as long distance

We work with everyone old & young all races and creeds and nationalities

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We worked with a woman you husband passed away and this was her first move without him so we helped pack and moved her and took great care of her through out the process

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask all questions no question is a bad question every experience and customer and mover is different and have different needs and a different approaches

Are there any additional charges stairs long walks extra stops and be upfront with what you need moved so we could provide you with the best moving service as possible based on the complete information collected
