What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer $40 per hour per person. If supplies are needed that's an extra charge. We recommend at least 3 days notice before a job so we can plan accordingly. All our jobs are 4 hours minimum.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For us it is very important to gather as much informationa as possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Before starting my own business I worked 6 years as a packer and mover. I loved what I did and thereofre started my own business.

Worked as a packer and mover in the past and decided to start my own business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We get all types of customers. 99% who are easy to deal with and appreciate the help.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My favorite project has to be a 12k sqft home that needed to be packed up in 2 days. It had over 100 pictures, 8 huge closets full of clothes to be packed and the Kitchen was 5 times as big as what I usually seen.
