What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

when we calculate estimates, it's not a matter of competing to be the lowest. we strive to be the best at the range of services we provide and when possible give financing options to clients on jobs that are relatively expensive.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've done this type of work for as long as I can remember ... My grandparents kept me busy growing up on one of their several property's. Repairs were always needed. Over the years I began to to help the neighbors, their friends and so on. Today I still am doing the same thing ...

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

regardless of the amount of time or money it takes to complete any project, it's the end results once everything's finished ..... For every job we do, that's what makes it all worth it to me .

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

it's always good to have options but, it's not always good to go with the cheapest one.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

From our business perspective, we like to invision the entire scope of a project and part of our job is to make sure we clearly explain this throughout our projects,keeping surprises to a minimum.
