What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer a range of pricing based on your specific job. Some examples are: House Move (2 movers + Box Truck): $145 arrival charge + $145 an hr. Removal (2-seater couch 0-20 min. from our warehouse): $115 Removal (Large dresser 50min-100 min from our warehouse): $170

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our first step would be to introduce ourselves and communicate with the customer on how we can provide service for them. This is typically a phone call, text or email to get some base information. Then we will go into details about every aspect of what they need. We will then discuss logistics of the job, scheduling day / time and give an estimated price quote. Once price is agreed upon we will add you to our schedule and then day of the job we will contact you once we are headed your way!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our employees have gone through a meticulous training period before they are hired to ensure they are all properly prepared to work safely and quickly. Our employees are also trained on driving safety while operating our larger trucks and trailers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our owner, Parker, started this company in 2017 after he helped one of his buddies move out of their house. WHAT was created shortly thereafter and the rest is history! It all started with a 1999 Ford Ranger and a guy willing to help others out for a job most people hate to do.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have met and worked with all types of customers over the years! We can accommodate for special requests from customers and always do it with a smile!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project I am proud of that our company completed was for the Richmond Housing Authority. In the summer of 2022 we completely cleared out every single room of an uninhabited 11 story apartment building in Richmond. This project was estimated to take a month and we did it in 8 days. Almost every room had miscellaneous trash and most were still fully furnished. This was a huge project we took on a completed with flying colors after final inspection by the RHA.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would suggest calling or sending us a text with some information about your job. We usually ask for the location(s), are there steps, stairs or elevators we would need to use, photos of the items being moved or removed and then your preferred day/time

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
