What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing starts at $135/Hr for two movers (labor only). Our rate for two Movers and a moving truck is $155 per hour. The time starts when we depart from our home base in Everett and ends when we return. Extra movers are an additional $40 an hour. We offer Military, Teacher, and student discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start out by gathering basic information about your upcoming move. (The size of your current home, the stairs/elevator involved, the parking situation, your furniture inventory, etc). We then send over a written hourly quote with how long we would realistically expect your move to take. We do all of this by email or over the phone, and follow up with an in-person estimate if needed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team consists of professionally trained movers who previously worked for the top-rated moving company in North America. We have all the licensing and permits necessary to operate as a moving company in Washington state.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started working as movers for one of the top rated moving companies and quickly realized that we could do everything better, cheaper. We were tired of seeing customers being charged ridiculous prices while the indivduals providing the stellar service made pennies. That's why we decided to change the game with the best prices for our customers as well as the best pay for our amazing team.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We moved a 6 person family from Bothell Washington to Ellensburg Washington. While this move would normally be 2-3 days and cost around $6000 with the competition, we were able to get it done in just one day. Not only that, but the price was only $3500.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they either get a 100% accurate list of the items needed to be moved or better yet, come out to your residence for an In-Home estimate. This way you can get a feel for the type of individuals that will be moving your belongings, and the company will have all the information needed to make sure there are no surprises and the move gets completed both smoothly and efficently.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1.) How many boxes/large furniture pieces do you have to move? 2.) How many flights of stairs are present at both locations? If you have an elevator, can it be reserved for the movers? 3.) How far away are you moving, and how far away are you located from the movers home base? These are all questions that can determine the most accurate quote possible.
