Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I am willing to work with you on price. Factors to negotiating include job size, length, and additional work. Bundle and save!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like to get a good idea of what the customer is wanting. I focus on the details to ensure a seamless completion. I can work with customers on designing and planning depending on the complexity of the project!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have hands on experience renovating homes. I have completely renovated units in a multifamily home or single family home.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I was fortunate to come into enough money to start a rental business. I love working with my hands and seeing the end result of projects.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I completely renovated a single family home. It took a me 6 months but I was working full time as well. The home was completely updated with new counter tops, appliances, flooring, paint, and trim as well as other smaller features.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Take the time to find the right person for the job, even if you believe its not me. It's important to not only focus on price but the quality of the work. Its a lot more aggravating in the long run to have to redo past work. Also, look for someone who stands behind their work. Things do happen, installations do not go as planned, find someone who is willing to fix a mistake without a headache!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Two aspects, time and money. There is a correlation between the time it takes to do a job correctly and the amount charged.
