Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing is non traditional. I don’t charge per sq ft/linear ft. I do it per application/scope of work to be done/time it will take to complete. Every job is different, but will be happy to take a walk through to give a precise estimate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Gather information of what the desired work to be done will entail. Also collect contact information (ie, Phone, address, email) and will not share any info with third party or any other parties for that matter. My business is solely between you and I.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have painted for, A Splash Of Class Painting and Design, which is based out of Myrtle Beach, since 2013.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
A friend of mine got into the business and Taught me. I soon ended up helping run his company while learning the trade at the same time.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All ranges of customers, from low income to multi-millionaires. And I treat all customers the same as the next! I've painted just a small bathroom to repainting and entire house. Every job is performed with the same quality as the next will be.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Not exactly recent, but I've painted one of the Pittsburg Steelers house and got to see all his HS trophies and actually got to hold a Lombardi Trophy! Super cool experience

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Take time to feel the provider out. There are a lot of lazy/unreliable contractors that will just blurt out something that sounds good just to get the job. Also, remember: You get what you pay for. I may not be the cheapest, or the most expensive for that matter, but I provide quality work and dependability.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Know what exactly it is you are looking for to be done. Write a list of the things you want to have done, because if you try to just explain/remember verbally over the phone, you may forget. Also what your budget looks like. I will provide estimates and sometimes it may be outside your budget. But I will try my best to work with you to stay within your comfort zone financially
