What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices are uniques we charge for what you really need. Our prices are not based just on sq ft is based on what kind labor you need. example: If you have a wall to paint and we don’t have to cover nothing just paint. you will pay only for the paint so your not paying full amount of sq ft because you don’t need paper to cover or tape so you don’t have to paid for that. That’s honesty simple as that

5 years in California wood floors and 4 years on Ab home improvements

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I love the idea to provide solutions for the people , help to build things and create great professional relationships and have reasonable prices for the people who wants to have a castle like home. there is nothing more exciting then someone telling you the magic words ( I LOVE IT , THAT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL THANKS ) those words doesn’t have price

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The most recently project is with Marla. I remember I call her and we have small conversation about the phone and at the beginning she was at the beginning she was skeptical because she did not know me or look at any review in my profile, and the explanations To that is the I was new to this website and that if she gave me the opportunity I guaranteed that she would be satisfied and that if she needed references there would not be No problem I had worked for more people before entering this website. she spent a week thinking about giving me the opportunity at the end she decided to give it to me. and until today I am still busy at her home working, now remodeling all the second floor. Painting, replacing the floor , fixing and patching holes , remodeling bathroom, replacing doors etc I feel proud to said that I have 2 reviews until now but because only one review is taking me more then a month since I sign on this web site until now and I still working for this costumer and currently working at the same time for another costumer the I will done soon and get another review. But the most important is all my reviews their gonna be certificated and made exclusive for each costumer that hire me in thumbtack, because is easy for me get fake reviews but I can’t lie to my self honestly is my flag and if you give me the chance you definitely will be satisfied or you simply don’t pay!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for honesty look for persons who’s first talk about the what we can do to make this working out , not the persons who talk first about the money. Because the money is just a result of your hard and professional and ethic work!! So if you are professional you don’t have to worry much about the money , your take care more about how to make your costumer happy to convert this project job and life time business relationship
