Im not one of those work on your project and take the money and run deals. Im with u til the end. I love how i get to meet new faces, and the opportunity to fix their delimas. Im very friendly and easy to get along with. I find that customers tend to cling on to me, once they see how i work. It feels good to have some trust.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Im flexible and will negotiate a price. Alot of folk are not rich like donald trump. im just tryin to give a little help of those in need.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I love to find out what their issue is. I try to be of some comfort for them. Knowing im there and will give my best to ease their pain.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

most i learned n high school. Some things i learned hands on from watch other people.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Got fed up with my parents and folks getting ripped off. Have to put a stop to it.

What types of customers have you worked with?

That would b handyman maintenance work or assembly work.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My wife and her mother, both have sickness/health issues. So far the ton of projects they have threw at me, I have earned their trust and respect. Just to find out that her son, only makes the matters worse. Now she sees me as their son. So I call the mother mom. I lost mine (2009).Im not tryin to ever replace my real mother. She took me n as one of her sons. She likes for me to call her mom. I met them in 2015.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If your able to, speak to him (phone-email) before he shows at your door.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

That im often called to help out or work n churches. I have Christ n my life and I treat customers right with respect.
