What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I'm very reasonable compared to my competitors. I don't have a lot of overhead so I can pass that savings on to my costomers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I contact them immediately and schedule convenient times for the jobs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been through hazardous materials training, commercial and residential construction and personal classes and instruction on many different skill building applications.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was a home investor and real estate broker for over 20 years. I immerse myself in Hands-On repair and reconstruction of all aspects of home repairs. In the meantime, I've worked on construction crews and had a lot of training and instruction.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with customers who needed major things done, such as remodeling major components of the home, all the way down to tiny projects such as fixing leaks on a drain or replacing an electrical outlet. I love painting and drywall repair, installing closet packages and mounting TVs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One client is a dental office chain. I was able to repair their toilet, re-route a drain, and repair many wallboard flaws. Then I repainted the repaired areas. it was fun to tackle the challenges and see the happy customer as a result.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for character qualities, such as punctuality, honesty and integrity. Also track their work and follow up to make sure that they keep their word and such.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask if the professional is flexible and willing to work on your terms, such as time and fair pricing. Also confirm experience in the area that you need work done on.
