What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is never the highest and the lowest. I am trying to give a fair price and profit.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I spend a lot of time finding what they want. I research options and come up with a ballpark price, then we discuss it to finalize it.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a 6-year degree from college. I also have a master's degree and have built over 100 houses. I hold a real estate license, a contracting and building license, and a mortgage license.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started by helping my dad at a bank, where I handled repossessions. In addition, I collaborated with several contractors. Over the years, I owned four construction companies, which included a design-build firm, a framing company, a painting company, and a mortgage company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with commercial builders, apartment owners, homeowners, and small businesses.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

remodeling and rebuilding of 100 square feet for four months.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They should also assess how many workers are needed for the job. How many guys needed to do the job?
