What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to get a sense of what our clients are looking to accomplish with their painting needs at the beginning of every project to make sure we are in lockstep with your goals. We start with a phone call, and if we're a good fit we would love to meet you onsite for a walk through to give an accurate estimate once we get a full scope of the project. Our interactive quotes allow you to view different all the various options. Once you decide we're the right painting partners for you, we look to schedule the project as soon as possible to meet your timelines.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Quality is one of the most important things to look for in a painting partner. In tough - and even good - economic times, it's always easy to go with the most affordable option for any home service. Sometimes that can work out for clients. It's important to bear in mind that painting is a significant investment, and we always caution our clients that a bad paint job that was the cheapest quote at the time can be more costly in the long run if it requires you to have it repainted after just a couple years when it starts to fade and crack. Whereas if you go with the painters who prepped the surfaces according to best practices, used quality materials from the onset, and were meticulous with the details - a solid painting project can last you 8+ years. Knowing that, we offer financing options to help our clients when it comes to painting your home the right way.

- Does the painting company have general liability insurance if something gets damaged on property, or worker's compensation insurance to cover injuries so the liability doesn't fall to you as the homeowner?
