Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I do offer a 10% discount to veterans and seniors. I am very fair with my pricing I'm not trying to get rich on one job. It takes referrals and happy customers for a strong business .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Most importantly it's coming out and giving them an estimate in person. Making sure they are confident with there colors.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I've been doing construction since I was 18 years old. I did start from the bottom but I have learned to do every trade except for plumbing electrical and AC. At 21 years old I was running a 15 man framing crew. I've always been a Foreman or some sort of person in charge.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
When I was in high school I started working picking up scrap lumber on track homes. I worked 2 jobs delivering the paper and working at Domino's pizza at night and weekends. But I really like construction so I paid attention to what was going on and progressed quickly. Construction is very difficult people do not like to teach you anything because they are afraid of losing their job.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I've worked with all different types of customers. But every customer is looking for the same thing a quality job with the right pricing and a company that is going to handle the project the right way.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Well the only advice I could give is to make sure that they are using a 100% acrylic product. Pressure washing on the exterior . Also a detailed proposal and a warranty from the contractor. Of course pricing and having a license bonded insured contractor .

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
The most important thing is a detailed proposal so there is no confusion. Also to use a 100% acrylic product . Prepping the home is the most important thing of the job.
