What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge a fair price for excellent work and amazing customer service. Getting the cheapest person doesn’t always mean getting the best quality. High quality materials and labor shows, and it will be satisfied much more with the end result.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to walk the area and call out any issues or concerns. I will provide a very detailed description of the work that I will do and ensure that the customer is concerns are always addressed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a bachelors degree in business and years of on the job training.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve always enjoyed working outdoors and making the exterior of properties beautiful. I have a special love for restoring wood, fencing, and decks and staining them with a beautiful stain to bring out the color and grain of the wood.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with all types of customers and enjoy explaining the process and helping them make their homes beautiful on the outside.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently restored and stained a backyard fence for a customer. It’s amazing to see how different and beautiful and restored fence looks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for somebody that’s in it for the long haul. Anybody can do a lousy job, but there are a few people that stick by their work and always provide the best quality service.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Typical questions are how long will it take? Do I need to be here? I take care of everything and ensure when I leave everything is clean and spotless.
