What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer turn key pricing to our customers. When you hire us we will provide you with the details of your project that will fit your budget. We can also provide a cost plus concept that will enable you to control your spend rate more accurately. Over all we are flexible to meet your financial needs. We also offer financing if needed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We make it easy , we set up a time to meet at the project location , if you have a sketch or drawing we will review , we will also discuss your vision , style and budget.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of my experience is from field work , I worked closely with architects , designers , thousands of home owners and all tradesmen, I have a deep understanding of construction in general. I was trained by builders when I managed million dollar projects.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Out of necessity, I worked for a general contractor after being promted from a field supervision to the estimating department, there I gained vast knowledge of architecture and design , after my employer mentioned I would receive a raise infelt truly valued, only to be disappointed by the 10¢ raise. So my career an independent began . My edge was to pay top dollar without reservation in turn that affords me the opportunity to have priority over my competitor and offer the best quality in the industry. 😊

exterior repairs and custom matching of outdated siding , 4weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Dont Be sold on the Sales pitch , make sure the contractor is addressing Your immediate needs , He Must Clearly Interpretate Your Vison or He does not understand it.

Do i have a clear vision of how i want to live ? what is my Goal with this project ? Am i financially prepared for the commitment ? Does the contractor offer Financing ?
