What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process starts with a conversation to understand the scope of the project and what the customer is hoping to achieve. We then schedule a visit to see the space, take measurements, and go over any specific needs or preferences. We offer free color consultations and product recommendations to help guide the decision-making process. After that, we provide a clear, detailed estimate. Once approved, we schedule the work and keep the customer informed at every step. Our goal is to make the experience smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over ten years of hands-on experience in the painting industry and have worked on a wide variety of projects—everything from full interior repaints to exterior restorations and custom wood staining. We've learned the trade through real-world experience, mentorship, and ongoing training in the latest products and techniques. We stay current with industry best practices to ensure every job is done right and built to last.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We got started in this work out of a passion for craftsmanship and working with our hands. What began as helping out on small jobs turned into a full-time career as we saw the impact a quality paint job can have on a home or property. Over time, that grew into Renewed Creations Painting—a business built on pride in our work, attention to detail, and a commitment to treating every project like it’s our own

We work with all types of customers, but we especially enjoy helping homeowners. We specialize in residential repaints and re-stains, and we take pride in being a trusted advisor for people looking to get their project done right. We also work closely with property managers, real estate agents, and other contractors to help make sure every job goes smoothly and looks great.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One project we’re especially proud of was a full exterior repaint on a 1930s home that had significant peeling and weather damage. The house had a lot of charm, but the paint was in rough shape. We went above and beyond with our prep work—spending many hours scraping loose paint from the entire exterior, sanding down the exposed wood with palm sanders, and applying a high-quality peel-bonding primer to ensure proper adhesion. The whole process took about a week and a half, and the results were night and day. The home looked refreshed, protected, and true to its original character. The homeowners were thrilled, and so were we.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
