What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I don't charge for any consulting whatsoever, all my estimates are free of charge, my color consultation are also free of charge, all my estimates are computerized, and I can provide a phone call consultation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

communication is my priority, I'll try to discuss every detail, way before the project begins, I'm a the professional, it's my job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Always reading, and feeding myself and my expertise the best way possible. I try and stay updated in these modern and changing times.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I decided to go into my line of work because I was always interested in restorations. decorations, color schemes, and making things look good. Going into a line of work where I could turn heads.

What types of customers have you worked with?

My jobs for my clients have been honest, fair, reliable, on time, and never taken for granted any situation.. Jobs range from sheds to castles, I treat every job equally. I love restoring Colonials, Victorians, etc...

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Arizona, a Venetian plaster repair in Scottsdale, a beautiful home over 2 million dollars.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

MY personal advice, always talk to three or perhaps four professionals, and from that point on, follow your instincts, I think that your own judgment is your best weapon!!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Years of experience, knowledge in regards to types of painting, stain and application, durability, you want to make sure your money is well invested! The lowest bid, there's always something suspicious about that.
