Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing depends on the project we would be working on. We take into account whether the customer is providing the necessary materials to get the work done, as well as exactly what type of work we would be doing. Based on that, we give customers an estimate on the total cost of the project, with or without materials. We require a deposit before we begin working.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
First and foremost, we go to our potential customer’s project location to give them a Free Estimate on the work needed to be done and the total cost of the project. We then give the customer time to decide whether they would like to work with us and make all necessary arrangements to start the project at an agreed-upon schedule by both parties.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
As a team, we have worked with many different builders and have learned many different techniques and secrets to giving our clients the best qualify of work there is. We stay up-to-date on all the new trends and constantly invest in furthering our education as it relates to many of our diverse projects.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
No two customers have ever been the same. The wishes and expectations of all our customers are different. They might have the same ideas, but the way they want those ideas portrayed within the projects is always different. We make sure to satisfy all our customers’ needs and wishes, while giving them a pleasant experience as we are finishing their project.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We completely changed the look of a house by painting its whole interior, including all the trim, doors, ceilings, and walls. The house was 2300 sqft and took us six days to finish.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Quality over quantity!! It’s always best to hire a professional who will do the job the right way the first time around. Some people try finding the cheapest price there is and are able to do so; however, the finished product they get does not have the quality they were looking for. Hiring a professional who costs you more one time is better than hiring someone cheaper who you will have to re-hire again and again, eventually adding up to a lot more money than a one-time professional.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
We suggest always asking whether the professional is licensed and insured. It is also important to ask when the professional would be available to start the project, as their availability might not match your deadline. When the professional gives you estimates for the work, make sure it’s clear whether material is included in the price, or if it is just the labor.
