What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is based on the type of job (interior/exterior) Paint grade is also a huge factor, any on the spot estimate I offer is based on a specific paint grade, which is why it is great to meet and do a hands on estimate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I would prefer to meet with a new customer before starting any work. It’s always good to walk through the job to know any points of interest they may have questions about

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 16 years on the job training in all aspects of residential/commercial painting. I have worked under only a few different painters, with massive amounts of knowledge and experience. OSHA 10HR course completion

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was always into art as a child, really any type of technical line work. When I came across an opportunity to start Painting, I didn’t want it. Now 16 years later it’s my passion to take a customers vision and make it a reality!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with General Construction Managers to Ma and Pa Kettle needing some repairs done to a ceiling. No job is too big or small!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I Recently did a really fun ceiling job, with intricate ceiling tiles in a drop ceiling, it had to be sprayed while the lobby had to remain available for normal operation, it only took 2 1/2 days, and looked amazing!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If there was any advice I could give, I would say that the cheapest price isn’t always the best price, also, try to see if your pro seems confident.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Depending on the project, but the best question is “what’s the prep for this job?” Make sure the Painter knows what they are doing before the actual application of product.
