What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices are usually not the lowest or highest because we balance quality with value. We do offer discounts for scheduling several tasks into one trip or possibly price matching a reasonable competitor.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Set up free estimate at the clients convenience and then send it from quickbooks the their email and then schedule the job and complete in the time we said it could be completed for the pre agreed price.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

13 years experience in Construction including estimating, scheduling, payroll, management, installation, and Construction Systems Management at OSU

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working for a General Contractor in my early 20s while getting my degree in Construction Management and now take pride in helping homeowners improve their homes.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Most of our clients are repeat customers and referrals. We mainly work directly with the homeowner but our portfolio also includes realtors, property managers, and contractors

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We were able to paint the interior of the home within 3 days so the homeowner could quickly put it up for sale.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Feel free to read a company’s reviews, ask them the who what where when and why. Choose the company the best fits your needs whether it be price, scheduling, or quality. Remember that you usually get what you pay for. Cheap isn’t always good and good isn’t always cheap.
