What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are a small family own business and affordable. We don't have a standard pricing system because every job is different and customers may want different things done. For "example", if a customer lets me know they only want the bedroom walls painted, and it is 4 walls then that would be $200. Then, if another customer wanted their one bedroom painted, including ceilings, baseboard doors, and door casings, etc, then that may be $250-$300 extra, based on how high the walls are, and other factors.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like for them to contact us after receiving the basic quote from thumbtack to better go over the job and details.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been working over 15 yrs of interior, exterior, residential and commercial painting.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My husband always enjoyed the painting part of it as he is very detailed with all the jobs as if it his own house he is painting.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have has a variety of type of customers and have been able to accommodate all type of customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just finished a 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room, dining room with 14 ft high walls along with all the crown molding and my husband was able to do it in two 3 days. Customer was very satisfied with his well done job.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking for a painter look at quality of work, schedule and experience also remember that small family owned business are just as good as well known companies.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What they are looking to have done, size, color, walls, ceiling ect.
