My entire life has been in and around home improvement. My passion is turning a house into a home. I get a great deal of satisfaction by restoring things to their natural beauty or when it is time to update, replace, or a complete redo that is just as satisfying. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My prices are fair and transparent. I’m competitive and do all of the work myself. I don’t sub anything out.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to have a conversation by phone prior to scheduling the appointment to make sure I show up with everything needed to do the job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a masters degree in business administration. I have multiple state licenses as well. I’m fully licensed insured.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working in the contractor trades in about 1980. I’ve done many types of projects for customers and clients including myself buying and renovating homes and condos.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with all types of customers, commercial and residential.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I’m proud of every job I do. I recently completed a full kitchen cabinet project that came out so nice and went so smoothly that it made everyone involved super happy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Along with checking license and insurance reviews and simple questions about their abilities should help match the customer to a good service provider.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They should make sure they’re asking the right questions to make sure they’re seeking the right kind of support.
