What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All pricing is particular to the individual customer and individual project. We will always be fair with our pricing and exceptional in our results.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new customer the first thing we like to do is set up an appointment to meet in person and go over the scope of the project. Once that is done we will provide a quote to the client. If everything is agreed on, then we will put them on the schedule for an agreed upon date and time window.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All management within APS has been in the industry of construction and all things home maintenance for 10+ years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I initially got started doing this as a way to earn extra money in High School while living in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I fell in love with the work and being able to do something different every day. When we moved here in 2015, we started over again and kept the company going!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Every type of customer, from a small sidewalk to 7 multi family apartment complexes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently worked on the Marc Lane Apartments in Naples, we cleaned every single building from top to bottom. We have a 6 man crew, 2 trucks, and 1 boom truck and we got it done in 5 days!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Speak with them in person first, really get to know them, shake their hand.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What they want done, how they want it done, when they want it done by, and how much their budget is.
