Started with the work force at age 15. I was in a metal fabrication shop for the first 5 years. Then moved on the field installing metal duct, gutters, full commercial kitchens. Moved into the Air Conditioning industry, full installs, service, residential and commercial properties.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do a lot of flat rate pricing. Also do time and material on service calls.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I'd like to go over full system first time.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

at a young age I was underneath gurus. Hands-On training old school.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

living in South Florida my whole life. I realized air conditioning was very valuable. At 14 I got into the industry and the rest is history.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential, high end homes, new construction, all are welcome.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Within the last thirty years of doing A/C, the coolest job I can think of is a Chimney that we had to do in south Fl. The job took approximately 3 days to do. It was pretty interesting putting in a real fire burning chimney in south florida.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Just make sure you are straight forward and are open to his/her professional idea to help make your dreams come true.
