What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer three options for pricing our services: high quality, fast delivery, and low cost. However, you can only choose two of these options at the same time. With a proven track record of serving high-end clients as well as individuals who like their place to feel home 🏡 again. Contact us for on location estimate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1) Schedule an on-site estimate. 2) Pay Deposit & Schedule a Start Date. 3) Make your place feel Home again. 2) Book & Scheduling Job. (50% Deposit is due on job date) 3) Providing Service with clients preferences & requirements. 4) Quality Assurance to meet or exceed customers expectations. 5) Provide content of our work (pictures or videos).

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team consist of experts and professionals that have been in the industry over a long time.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in construction related work since I was a kid with my father.

All different type of customers from homeowners, business owners, RE agents/investors.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

1) Preparation Work: are they going to do the necessary preparation work inclusive to their estimate? This is an important step, to sand, mud, etc. for a clean beautiful finish. 2) How many Coats will they do? the material, labor, time spent on doing two cost is much more than one coat. "If you trust they’ll deliver the same quality of work, then I encourage you to go with them." At Pinellas Painters we include all the preparation work, sanding, fixing "minor" holes and cleaning behind us. 2) Material Quality: Do they provide you with quality options and are they willing to provide top quality material? We use top of the line material with various options our customers can choose from. 3) Clean Job & On Time: No deal with extreme delays or half done job/work. We always like to be on time, and finish on time. Delays not only harm our customers but our business as well. 4) Extra Mile: We always like to work the extra mile of being particular about our work, make sure the result came out beautifully or help in any form.
