What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Have a full discussion via phone to get all the details of the project. Being in the customer service aspect of the business . I also will meet clients out to help them pick out designs colors, or come to their home and help them make any decisions if needed. I am experienced with this. I am his wife and my name is Jill Garrett

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Tile contractor license. Many, many years of experience and knowledge.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My husband has been doing flooring on the East Coast of Florida, until we expanded into more areas since he was 17yrs old. Started with flooring. Over 30 years of being in the industry. Expanded to the west coast of fl in 2006 and still going strong.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A beautiful project in Marco island. Very large home. Full renovation, including all wood flooring. All new cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom remodel. Painting of rooms. Etc you are welcome to ask for photos as we have before during and Afters.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Reviews and pricing. I would definitely instruct them to use a homebase, mom and pop company or family owned due to supporting small businesses. As we do.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Finding a reputable company and that does not include commercial storefront’s. I truly believe that you get the most for your money by hiring a smaller company, family owned, and operated who can offer you fantastic service, not using any middleman to allow you to do a project not beyond your means . Definitely reviews and check the Better Business Bureau to see if there are any derogatory marks . My BBB is rated with no complaints after all these years .
