Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is straight forward and outlined by area or room. We follow PDCA painting guidelines, no shortcuts. We have discounts available at all times which will be presented to you without actually having the coupon in hand.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We begin with a phone call to confirm the estimate time/day. After completing the estimate a professional proposal presented to the customer. We answer all questions and when the customer selects us for their project, we really get to work. We plan out the date of the project to begin, do a walk through and job set-up with the painting crew, provide all services in our agreement, do final walk through at end of job. We also provide a 2 year written guarantee.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
The owner has formal college education and 35 years experience in sales, project management, leadership, professionalism, financial acumen, etc... Our painting crews have between 5 years to over 30 years in the painting business and are well skilled.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Decided to work myself after spending 35 years in an executive position in a top 100 company. I researched the need in the painting business to bring the customers a professional experience rarely seen in the industry. This means timeliness of appointments, commitments met, insured, bonded, licensed, quality of the work, and dedication to exceed expectations of our customers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Residential and commercial customers of all kinds.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We completed a kitchen cabinet refinishing paint project in a condo located on the beach. We transformed fading dark cabinets into a fresh lightly colored grey. Project took us 3 days to complete and the customer was very pleased with our work.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Do your research, read some reviews although they don't always tell the whole story, get a personal read on the contractor so they feel comfortable in whom they hire, and finally ask many questions during the process.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Scope of project, are they licensed, time frame for completion, how will the work day look, materials used, colors, etc...
