What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer the best price guaranteed! If not, we ask that the client provide us their lowest estimate so we can beat competitors price by 5-10% because we truly want to earn your business.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I get in touch with them to get more information about the job. I work with them to find a time we can meet at the property. Once they decide they want to work with us, I send over the proposal, they send me a deposit and we get them on the schedule. It’s very simple!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have almost 10 years experience working for other painting companies before starting my own business. We are new to social media, google, and thumbtack even though we've been painting for years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I went to school for aviation maintenance and decided I wanted to have my own business so I can have more flexibility and freedom, also I wanted something that I can pass down to my sons. The aviation industry has very high standards. I bring aviation grade quality to all of my projects.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with people who want to work with us. We really enjoy meeting new people and helping them transform their spaces at a price that works for them. Our favorite is when the clients cook for us.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A client was unexpectedly going out of town and the job needed to get done before they left. I value my clients time and wanted them to come home to a completed beautiful home so I stayed up all night to get the job done. They were so happy and although I was tired, it was worth it to see them happy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Choose the company that you resonate with. The one that takes your time, budget, and needs into consideration. Someone who is communicative, licensed, and insured. Someone who can explain their process, breakdown pricing, etc.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What type of paint, what exactly do you want to paint? (Walls, trim, doors, etc.) What's your timeline? Do you know what color & sheen? Things like that but we're happy to discuss during our meeting.
