What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

my pricing is based on a per job occurrence. if there are other things that will be needed to be done the best time is to give me the list at the time of the initial job so that way I can adjust the price to give you the most for your money. basically a package deal.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I generally like to build a rapport with a customer on the phone first. next step is setting an appointment for me to come and look at the job to give an appropriate price for the estimate. and generally with availability I tried to have the work started within 48 hours and completed in a timely manner.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

25+ years of experience. Multiple certifications through the years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

when I was a child the one thing my grandmother taught me was if you can figure out how to do something on your own then just do it. LOL

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I like doing Plumbing repairs, water heaters, chimney liners, and also painting and woodworking.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

when you are trying to hire a professional that is licensed and insured, please understand that when hiring someone that is booked constantly try to work together with the professional to establish a time that is not only convenient for you but works with their busy schedule. generally professionals that are booked constantly are professionals that do high quality work at reasonable prices.

what exactly they need done. what is their budget. and plan for a reasonable time frame to get the job they wish done completed.
