What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to have a phone conversation to discuss the project they would like a quote on. In most cases an estimate can be provided over the phone. We can then schedule some time for me come by and complete the requested work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I self manage and maintain my own rental properties.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started doing handyman work by helping my father with his painting business when I was just 10 years old. He taught me the basics of prepping surfaces, cutting in edges, and using the right tools for the job. Over time, I picked up additional skills like minor repairs, carpentry, and general maintenance work. What started as assisting my dad eventually turned into a passion for fixing and improving things, leading me to become a handyman myself.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with a wide range of customers, including landlords needing rental unit repairs and small business owners looking to maintain their properties. Homeowners often hire me for home improvement projects and general maintenance. I've also helped renters with tasks their landlords don’t cover, like mounting TVs or assembling furniture. No matter the customer, I always focus on delivering quality work and reliable service.
