Hello my name is Brittany, owner of Britt's Cabinetry and interior painting.. Painting has always been my passion and I have been painting kitchen and bathroom cabinets for almost 10 years. I follow a strict process which includes prep and protect, priming, painting, and full clean up. I am a green company so I do my best to limit the use of chemicals in your home and my paint is low VOC's. I do not spray your cabinets. I have spent many hours mastering the Fine Art of providing an ultra fine finish without spraying . This technique allows me to keep up with the green company that I am very proud of as I limit all chemicals that affect people and animals within the home . I use a professional grade ultimate smooth just like being sprayed rolling pad to provide you with a finish just like they had been sprayed. The benefit to having me roll your cabinets is you get a spray like finish at a more affordable price. I will be less expensive than someone who sprays while providing outstanding quality and durability. Also since the health of you, your family, and pets is very important I prefer rolling over spraying as the risk of fumes getting into your AC vents with spraying and spreading throughout your home is to great. I paint 3 coats of paint to ensure complete durability and long lasting coverage. I use Sherwin Williams top of the line paint and primer. I want this experience to be fun and stress free for all my clients. I offer free paint consultations to help you decide on a color and feel confident in that decision. I also do epoxy countertops and can pour over existing countertops, making marble, granite, stone, and any color or design you would like. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I price very fairly and I don't add on a lot of fees. I'm simple and to the point and I don't mind doing extra work after I quote u and something comes up. my goal is your happiness.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

my typical process is visiting the home and meeting them and looking at their kitchen and the space that surrounds it so that I can create a quote that is best for them. I send their quote within 24 hours and once they decide then we schedule it. I come to their home again for a paint consultation and bring samples to help ease that process. No stress with me!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have painted and restored furniture for about 6 years and painted furniture for a large company in plant city fl. I have painted cabinets for the last 3-4 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working for a painting company who also did Cabinetry. I got trained and learned the process and I quickly became their cabinet girl. I then started my own business almost 4 years ago. I love every day that I am lucky enough to do this job.

What types of customers have you worked with?

My customers have been amazing and an absolute joy! I have spent weeks at a time in the homes of people who have enriched my life in ways I never imagined and it was through the transformation of their kitchen that this blossomed. I will always be professional but we have a great time!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Im fond of every project but a really neat experience was painting the inside of an RV for a major league baseball player and his wife. He plays for the Tampa Bay Rays and I will tell you he's my new favorite player not only because he's an awesome pitcher but this man and his wife were so loving and amazing and the best parents to their children. I witnessed true beauty and love with that family.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say it's very important to hire someone you can trust and who has your best interest at heart no matter what.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
