Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I can give out rough pricing based on pics, but it’s best to always view the project in person and meet the new customer as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Get to know them and introduce myself, how many years I have in the business and how trust worthy I am. My crew and I are hard workers.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We have 10 year experience in interior/exterior painting.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All kinds of customers. I’ve met all kinds of people, that’s what’s really great about this business. You help a lot of visions come true and make friends along the way.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We recently painted the exterior of a lovely home in Cummings, Ga. We were able to finish it in two days! Which is great timing and most importantly the home owner was very impressed and happy with our work.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Never go with cheap prices if it’s to good to be true it ain’t good! Sometimes you end up paying double for having to fix someone else’s bad job done at your home for a cheap price.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
How long would they like to start the project. Think about paint colors. Make sure they have the time for the project.
