Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our projects are priced including paint and materials. We use Sherwin Williams products. Projects require a 20% deposit to schedule, and will be done orderly and completely. We do not leave job sites unfinished.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First things first, we introduce ourselves and tell the customer a little bit about ourselves. We love to try to build a rapport with the customer because our goal is to build a relationship. We want to be your go - to painter!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

When I was 18, I went to trade school to build a career in the construction field and have since worked in all aspects of trade and construction. My team is dedicated and thorough. We are here to support our clients and build relationships.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been in Construction for over 20 years. I have always enjoyed working in this field and hope to continue to grow Painter1 of the South into a household name.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have some of the best clients in the world. We really are thankful for the hospitality we've received and we hope they appreciate us as much as we appreciate them.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We do interior, exterior, cabinets, and commercial work. Please view our portfolio for ideas!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise them to get more than one estimate but to keep in mind, as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. Experience and discipline is hard to come by these days but it’s definitely something we have in our toolbox.
