What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is based on some the following factors complexity, preparation, number of coats, previous damages need to be addressed. One of the most important things customers need to know is that the more work we do the better price we can provide.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We come out and provide a free estimate. The estimate on Avg. is about 30 mins long. During this time we go from top to bottom to get all details of your project. We provide recommendations on product/ finishes based on budget, desired end result, and best fit for project. We follow up with an estimate typically within a couple of hours.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My partner and I started the company after he had been working in the industry for 10 years. We a saw need for more professional, responsive, and knowledgeable contractors in our area.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have recently finished 4 top to bottom interior projects that have been full modern updates. Location Marietta, Braselton, Atlanta,Buford all in Ga. I love how we can change a home by painting. Each project was using white walls with either accent dark gray or black and all monochrome white.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don’t always look @ price as the main factor when making a decision. Do some research before coming up with budget especially if you haven’t got any painting done in a while. Read reviews before choosing a contractor.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What type of finish best fit your end look and family? What type of prep work in required for my project?
