What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We always like to establish a relationship with our new customers, we will come to your project location and discuss in detail your ideas/concerns/budget/materials, really anything we can think of. Once we have a clear scope of work and understanding of expectations, we get to work. Building a detailed estimate of the cost and work to be done. No text estimates here! We want you to have something you can review and hold us accountable to. Once we have agreed on the price we will set up the next available date to start your project. We collect 50% of the projects total price to start the work. Covering costs and materials. Then once the project is completed and you are satisfied with the work. Then the other 50% would be due upon completion. This keeps everything above board and smooth. Everyone knows what happening and no one feels unsure. This is the way we do business.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our company handles almost every aspect of construction that doesn’t require specific licenses. Now, for those trades we have reliable and reasonable tradesmen that we rely on for the more complex work that we do not do ourselves. As far as the work we do, we are highly trained, clean, efficient, cost effective and competent to complete an agreed upon project you can throw at us. From custom solutions or designs to quick fixes for small headaches. We really got you covered.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My family has been doing construction for about 3 generations with my son being the 4th. We started small and have grown into a complete home improvement business. Having 2 businesses in 2 states both rated 5stars. One in Florida ran by my father and our small new branch here on the island. We really wanted to bring good customer service back to the island and our Ohana here. We are skilled and capable of almost anything you’d like to get done on your home. We specialize in improvements and remodels but we do offer handyman services. We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and craftsmanship.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

In this business you get what you paid for is something of the golden rule. If you are looking for a stress free and efficient solution to your project, look no further than us. Leading in quality and taking a back seat to profitability we are a wonderful option for the general customer and for higher end work you couldn’t choose a better company to work with.
