Introduction

Hi! I have spent the last 18 years of my life in the remodel business and over that time I have acquired above and beyond the necessary skills to be a top level professional in most of the construction trades. Today I am happy to be offering those skills to help meet the needs of the people of Des Moines. Please contact me with any and all construction or handyman related tasks that you have. Thanks and hope to hear from you! Patrick

I got started helping my grandfather building floats for the the St Patricks day parade in Denver, Colorado, then went to Denver School of the Arts for stagecraft and design. After a stint in the US Navy I got into residential remodeling and have been doing that ever since.

I did a fix and flip project off of 25th and woodland ave here in Des Moines, the house was in danger of being torn down before we bought it. We re did everything and turned it into the gem of the neighborhood.(you can see it in my pics, its the one with dark board and batt siding and vaulted ceilings.

Before talking with a professional you should know your budget and have a fairly good idea of what you want for your project.
