We price per size of the Job and have to see it before. We offer Military, first responder discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We offer a one on one process we take care of everything right from the comforts of your home. After our first conversation we set up a time to take a look at the project and sit down with you and go through all the details.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Empire Renovations is Factory trained and certified by all manufactures that we off GAF and Owens Corning. We are a Sherwin Williams pro and can offer a warranty on all products and labor.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started 15 years ago as a installer in the industry and worked my way up through the certifications to the point we could open our own company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types from commercial to residential. First time home buyers to long time home owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just did a Roof for troops down in Mountain Home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It's not so much the price you pay but truly who you have do the work. Most low bids come with warranty problems.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

When are looking to do the project this is important because most contractors on have 30 day bids because of the economy right now.
