What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer the exact same product as the large, franchised companies but at a much lower price point. We also offer financing. We include complete finish work with all work provided.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our design specialists will come to your home to give you a hassle-free quote as well as to meet you and ensure we are the right fit for you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Boise State Graduates and years of experience. Completed all required OSHA classes required for building.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It's something we've always wanted to do. We love what we do as team.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all customers. When our work is complete, we love our happy customer!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just finished up a large project where we replaced 10 custom exterior doors, 12 custom windows, 3-bathroom remodels, kitchen cabinet refinish, exterior paint and a custom garden room with lots of rock work and beams.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are licensed, insured and bonded. Check references and have more than one company bid on your work to be done. It's also always nice to see different approaches to your project.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Scope of work. It's important to look over your project ideas thoroughly and be prepared with your list of questions and worries for your contractor. This is also a nice time to consider additional projects that might be on your happy home list, especially if you will be considering financing, you could qualify for a bigger discount with the additional work.
