What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Sometimes it can be difficult to give an exact price, but I like to meet with customers so I can give them an exact bid. There are times it goes a bit lower and times it can be higher. On an average I usually fairly close to what I have quoted.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Best way is to meet with them and discuss their needs on project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Several years in Property Management, where I learned to paint , clean , clean carpets and do several maintenance jobs. I employ 8 to 10 people and all have experience in painting, cleaning, tile installs, drywall, etc.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Years ago, I management several properties and supervised maintenance crews, so I decided I would like to do the hands on work instead of manage. Love to paint and clean. I have employees that all have experience in painting, janitorial work, tile installs and removals, etc. Next year will plan on doing more remodeling work. Exciting!!!!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently, painted a furniture store, which took 4 days to complete. There were many challenges to overcome and we did it. Power lines just for one, but we found a way to paint around them. It was a lot of fun, owner love it and that is what we strive for. Customer Satisfaction

Get 2 to 3 quotes/bids and check references. Also, check out reviews on company.
