Legacy Coatings is a family owned and operated business that is dedicated to providing Premium floors made to last. We focus on quality and durability. While some companies may offer cheaper services, “cheaper” doesn’t mean “better.” We use the best materials and our process ensures that your floor gets done right the first time. There’s nothing worse then finding someone who can do it “cheaper” and a couple years down the road your once beautiful floor begins to bubble and peel. Our goal is to bring the floor of your dreams to life and have it stand the test of time!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer veteran discounts, as well as referral bonuses for any customer that you refer to us and returning customers for separate projects get a better deal!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We need to find a design that each customer loves, We have so many options to choose from! We also need to determine what needs to be done for their existing floor, what the square footage is. Each of these are crucial in giving an accurate estimate!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Several years experience doing all types of floors!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Every type of person, if you need a floor done and need someone to be flexible, work around something, help in a way that others might not.. I’m your guy!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our projects will typically take 2 days. I love turning a boring, cracked floor into something beautiful that will last forever!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure your contractor knows their products. Ask them how they protect against moisture and UV rays. Companies that only use Epoxy or just Polyaspartic will have you finding someone to redo your floor in 3 years. time.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Look at the VALUE of the entire package. Too many people look at just the cost.
