What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

"The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten" Our pricing remains competitive amongst legitimate service providers. We do not take short cuts in any of the services we offer. Therefore, we will not be able to price match competitors with low-quality material and/or workmanship.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For any job that is over $ 500.00, we require at least a 10% down payment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

16+ years in epoxy coatings 18+ years in the construction field 12+ years in stamped concrete cleaning and sealing 10+ years in concrete overlay systems

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Working in the epoxy floor industry for so many years has made us realize how slippery epoxy floor systems can become when not properly installed or planned out. Our mission is to properly evaluate customers' needs in order to choose a floor coating system suitable for their setting.

We have worked with some of the biggest companies known throughout the Chicagoland area including Cushman & Wakefield, Lincoln Property Company, Hampton Inn, Jimmy John's, LA Fitness, Subway, and many more.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Never hold back and ask questions. A person that is transparent with you can be trusted. A person that avoids your questions or doesn't fully answer them will most likely charge you more towards the end of the project. Trust your gut.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

It is always helpful to have an idea of the square footage of your project. This will help a professional determine the workload and time frame to complete a certain project.
