We price our projects based on time and quality. Every quote includes labor, materials, and licensed & insured service. We work with transparent rates, and each line item in your proposal is detailed for clarity. Optional upgrades are always offered, and we do not charge hidden fees. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We begin with a brief consultation (in-person) to understand your goals and walk the space. Then, we send you a detailed proposal with pricing broken down by task. Once approved, we schedule your project and keep you informed daily through progress photos and communication. Final walkthroughs ensure you're 100% satisfied before closing out the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team has over 10 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial painting. We are trained in proper surface preparation, application techniques (including spray finish), and use of premium coatings like Sherwin-Williams Cashmere, Emerald, and SuperDeck. We also stay current with local licensing and safety standards in Chicago.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

RenewBuild started as a small project helping neighbors with repairs and turned into a full-time passion. After seeing how much quality painting can transform a home, we built a team focused on reliability, communication, and craftsmanship. Today, we specialize in interior/exterior repainting, cabinet refinishing, and small remodeling upgrades.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our favorite recent projects was a full interior repaint of a high-rise condo in Chicago’s North Side. The space had dark walls and patchy ceilings, and our goal was to brighten and refresh it before the unit went on the market. We completed drywall repairs, primed all surfaces, and applied two coats using Sherwin-Williams Cashmere paint. The transformation was dramatic, and the property sold within days. The full project took 4 days with 2 painters working on-site. The client was thrilled with the result and left us a 5-star review.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
