What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are a competitively priced company. We value customers and we price according to the job type. If washing a home we charge according to size and level of washing from soft wash to heavy grime removal. Fence and Deck Staining is between $.80-$3.00 a Sq/Ft depending on whether it's a deck or fence also length and size as well as stain removal. We also offer specialty jobs like Burnt wood designs prices vary. Deck or Fence Rebuild is between $18.00-$46.00 a Sq/Ft depending on material used from Pressure Treated to Hard wood's to composite

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have 14 years of pressure washing experience. I was a lot tech who came into car detailing then residential and commercial cleaning. 10 years of construction work with 7 years of deck and fence staining

How did you get started doing this type of work?

10 years ago I started doing pressure cleaning of cars that lead into residential and commercial cleaning. After a few home jobs I was asked if I stained decks. 5 years later we have come to love staining, cleaning, and repairing decks and fences.

What types of customers have you worked with?

we have worked with all types of customers from commercial companies, new construction homes, car lots, and everyday homeowners. Wherever the job is, we have dealt with many customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A repeat customer wanted the deck that their father built to be cleaned with a porch that was rotted out rebuilt and taken care of. We removed the old porch and stairs and replaced them with new wood. We replaced a few rotted boards on top of the deck and then later returned and stained the deck and porch. The job took us about 4 days. It was a fun job for us and we enjoyed good conversations as this was a repeat customer and we enjoyed another well completed job.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Prices may vary but what you want to look for is someone who cares about there career. They should be able to answer the questions with integrity and give the customer all the information needed for their job. A pro should be able to know the codes and proper techniques without cutting corners to save money. They should know their products and be able to communicate with you the best way to get your job done.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

when it comes to staining you truly want to ask what stain is the best to apply to your deck or fence, how long it will last and how it works when applied to wood. When rebuilding customers should ask about wood quality or composite qualities to get exactly what they are looking for
