What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer a military discount for our fellow veterans since we are a veteran owned and operated company. We also offer in-house financing through hearth. We are preferred contractors with many insurance companies.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

In-depth inspections with photos and a thorough breakdown of their homes state. So they can make the most educated decision for their homes needs. Walking people through the claims process or helping them with a retail estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a bachelors degree in project management. Kansas City and Johnson County certified residential contractor. Accredited with the BBB. Certified shingle master through certainteed.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I did an apprenticeship when I was in college and fell in love with serving my community in a different way besides military and law-enforcement!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve helped everyone no roof or job too big or too small. We treat your home as if it was our own here at Recon Restorations. That’s our mission whether it’s an insurance claim or a retail deal. We’ve always make the best recommendation even if you don’t need a roof replacement we pride our self on honesty and will always do our best to serve you!

I would suggest that you look at previous homeowners experiences with the company.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What materials they are using, the warranty and the longevity of the company. The company’s credentials and previous homeowner experiences.
