What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My prices are fair and competitive. I never overcharge for any job. I will guarantee to beat anyone else's prices.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will reach out to customer. Then I go and see the project and bring the customer samples. Once customer approves the job I email them a contract with dates to start the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm certified with DUR-A-FLEX. One of the best epoxy manufacturers. I have 10 years of of concrete overlay experience and preparation.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing concrete overlays in 2008. I started with decorative concrete overlays and mastered that process. I got into epoxy coatings a year after that and loved the process and the durability of the product.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all kinds of customers. From homeowners to commercial owners and contractors.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advise is make sure the person they hire has the qualifications to do this type of job. Some contractors will try to do these kinds of jobs without the qualifications or equipment. Do your homework. Ask questions and videos to have ideas of what needs to be done on your project.
