Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Pricing is contingent upon job description. Every job is unique and different in its approach to complete the job with the best quality and craftsmanship. We value our clients, new and repeat customers alike and we can assure you fair pricing for your job. Included in our quotes are an itemized line description for each tack that will be completed. You will know exactly you are paying for and why?

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We like to introduce ourselves and follow up with a brief description of what we do. After we receive a brief introduction of a potential client, we first like to know how we can supply their need and then we want to know their budget for the project. Once this information is received it will give us a concise idea of how to execute.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
4 years on the job training in commercial construction contracting

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
In 2011 I used to paint houses as a side business , then started working for a construction contracting company full time before acquiring my own customer base .

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with Commercial Big Box retailers as well as simple residential clients and our approach and dignity remains constant. No job is too big nor too small for Cutmaster Pro.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We recently were challenged by a potential client who needed a last minute job done before closing . We quoted them for an entire house repaint to be completed in 2 days! They didn’t believe we could get it done in that time! Of course we delivered! Our crew had to put in a few hours overtime on the second day, but in the end we gained a happy customer!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Trust your initial instinct. The first impression is the lasting one. Make sure the person you are spending your money with is personable , professional proficient in their craft.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Transparency is important when it comes to spending your money. General things that should be considered are: What exactly will the Pro be doing/ What am I paying for? How does the technique or approach sustain the life of the project? What can the Pro include in his/her workflow to prohibit degradation in the near future? How will this add value to my property or daily life?
